Where you'll sleep
Pacifico is a 51-foot Leopard 51 PowerCat, a power catamaran for families and groups of friends who want room to spread out, on a day at sea or over a few nights aboard. Her day rate covers 8 guests and she takes up to 15 by day; overnight she sleeps 8 in four staterooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning.
The model is known for its flybridge, and hers has the helm, white cushioned seating around a table, and a counter with a grill and a sink under the hardtop. Below, the covered aft deck holds the dining table, sliding doors open into the saloon and galley, and a sheltered lounge sits forward.
A captain, a hostess and a chef look after you, and the chef plans the meals around what you like. Four paddleboards, snorkel gear, wetsuits and fishing rods come aboard. She berths at Marina Cortez in La Paz and runs to Balandra and Isla Espíritu Santo. What sets her apart is her shallow draft of about three feet, which takes her into bays that deeper boats of her length avoid.

Where you'll chill
The 51 PowerCat was the first Leopard power catamaran drawn by Simonis Voogd, and the flybridge is the space the model is remembered for: a broad upper deck with the helm, seating around a table and a wet bar with a fridge and a grill under the hardtop, which can be closed in with side panels when the wind picks up.
On the main deck the cockpit is aft, with the dining table, a shower at the transom and a davit for the tender. Sliding doors lead into the saloon, where the dinette and the galley share one bright room, and a door at the front opens onto a second lounge, a sheltered cockpit forward under the overhang of the flybridge. She draws about three feet, so she can anchor in shallow bays that deeper motor yachts of her length stay out of.
