Olivia Grace is a 60-foot Princess sport yacht from 2012, suited to groups of up to 14 on a day out of Cabo San Lucas, from bachelor and birthday parties to honeymoons, proposals and family reunions. The rate covers ten guests, with a three-hour minimum.
The day centres on the cockpit under a hardtop with a glass roof panel, where the helm, a curved lounge, the bar and an open-air dining table share one deck. Sun pads with a canopy cover the foredeck, and another sun pad sits aft above the swim platform. Below, a saloon with a curved sofa and a wood dinette leads to two staterooms, the master in the bow, and two bathrooms.
A captain, a chef and a bartender run the day, with meals and an open bar included. Kayaks, paddleboards, a lily pad and snorkel gear go in from the swim platform. She is berthed at Marina Cabo San Lucas and can also board at Puerto Los Cabos Marina. What sets her apart is the galley: the same chef, Saul, cooks on every charter.

Princess built her as an open sport yacht: one deck under a long hardtop with a glass panel in its roof, rather than a flybridge. The cockpit is where the day happens. The helm and two quilted helm seats sit forward, a curved white lounge and the bar sit to one side, and an open-air dining table sits under the hardtop's shade.
Aft, a wide sun pad sits above the swim platform, where the kayaks, paddleboards and lily pad go in. Forward, the foredeck carries sun pads with a canopy. Steps lead down to the saloon, a curved cream sofa round an oval wood table under portholes, for shade and the trip home.
